The Zonta Club of Louisville awards annual
grants to local organizations which share our mission: to advance the status of women. In addition, members donate supplies
to the Hope Scarves program and WaterStep and volunteer their services for local agencies that share our mission. We are also
exploring other ways of serving.
In the last two
years, members of the Zonta Club of Louisville have volunteered over 10,000 hours and contributed thousands of dollars to
advance the status of women both here and abroad.
For example, members participated in Take
Back the Night at the University of Louisville.
The Zonta Club of Louisville holds two fundraisers
throughout the year: The Holiday Silent Auction and Z Night. With the money raised from these two events, the club awards
grants to local agencies to advance the status of women in our community.
The Zonta Club of Louisville
has awarded grants to the following:
The Center for Lay Ministries: Bliss
